So I tried to dehydrate sliced lemons...not sure why, just as an experiment to see how I could use them. They took FOREVER. Probably they were too thick. I dipped them in honey water first also. In any event, they are now in my freezer where they will stay until I figure out what to do with them. Next time I'll dry the zest and get a bit of lemon juice saved (frozen) also, but other than that...not sure. We do eat lemons but not a lot. Great lemon tree though!
