This is a place to learn skills that may be necessary in these latter-days, and that will increase our abundance and joy. Let's learn how to garden, sew, store food, and prepare in all things to come.

Potatoes and Tomatoes
My lettuce and broccoli and artichokes are still growing just great, but the time has come to start the potatoes. At least I hope so~ ! I've planted a pound of red seed potatoes in three different containers, with potting soil. I didn't fertilize yet, but they required 5-10-5 or so fertilizer. I do plan on picking that up on payday for Feb. Meanwhile, here they are, planted and waiting.
My heirloom tomatoes have started little tiny sprouts. I'm so excited for them, and can only pray over them and hope that they grow big and strong and ready for outdoor planting by April 1st.
