Canning Spaghetti Sauce

Here is a video of the spaghetti sauce still boiling inside the jar after pressure canning it for 75 minutes and letting it sit for over an hour.  It is so interesting to see it continue to boil under pressure!

Tomorrow I'll be canning ground beef and then later this week I'll be doing chicken again.
