Dried Eggs

I made dried eggs yesterday and ground them up today to make egg powder.  It looks great and I can't wait to try it out in a recipe or two! I simply took a dozen eggs at a time, blended them in the blender for a few seconds to be evenly scrambled, then poured some on the teflon sheets for my Excalibur dehydrator.  The rest I scrambled (without oil or butter or seasoning), then put on plastic wrap in the dehyrator and let it go for about 10 hours.
