I made this lovely bacon, cheddar, broccoli quiche using storebought broccoli and my own broccoli from the yard (brocolini), and it was sooo good!

Recipe I've used for years and years:

Broccoli Quiche

1 9 inch pie crust
1 cup shredded cheddar
½ cup chopped onion, fried with bacon
3 chopped mushrooms
4 eggs, beaten into  2 cups ½ and ½, or evaporated milk
1 large broccoli, steamed until tender and in pieces
½ pound bacon, chopped and sautied until crisp.
420 degrees 15 minutes, 325 45 minutes
