Beef Stew and Black and Bean Soup

Beef Stew needs to be a little darker...next time I'll cook the roux a bit more.
The Black Bean cooked up so fast! ;)

OMGoodness these look amazing! I really can't wait until you put out your book! How does your husband feel about all this cooking? Is he gaining weight from you?! You guys will have to work out more after all this amazing soup and bread! So will we!
